Delete account
You can delete your Raqet AI account and the associated data at any time. Here is how it works.

Delete in the app
Open Raqet AI, go to Settings, select Account and then "Delete account". Your account and the associated data will then be permanently removed.
Request by email
Alternatively, you can request deletion by email to support@raqetai.com. Please write from the email address you registered with so we can clearly identify your account.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we remove your user account, your profile data and the recordings and analysis data stored in the app. Purchases already made through the Apple App Store are managed in your Apple account.
Processing time
We process deletion requests promptly, usually within 30 days. Statutory retention obligations may exempt certain data for a limited period.
